The Yerba Buena Gardens Festival manages the rental of the outdoor Gardens venues for use such as private picnics, parties, food services, weddings, photo/film shoots, and special events. All proceeds from rentals benefit the free programming in the Gardens.

The Gardens, located directly above the Moscone Center, is an urban oasis in the heart of San Francisco. Yerba Buena Gardens features an eclectic array of distinctive architecture and public art, fountains, a prominent waterfall, restaurants, entertainment and a variety of galleries and museums. Its open spaces are inviting, but protected from the bustle of city streets. It is also within a short walk of both Union Square and the Financial District.

Several open spaces are available for rent. Tenting is a possibility for all rentals. Please contact the Yerba Buena Arts & Events office (415-543-1718) to discuss your event or download rental forms.

To reserve the small picnic table in the Children's Garden, call the Gardens Management at 415-820-3550. NOTE: This phone number is different than that for large event rentals.
